On the same day of Josh's holiday work party, we traveled up to the Trolley museum. They had the trolleys decorated for the holidays, Santa was there again and we took a very cold trolley ride!
Madeline and Auntie Summer, keeping each other warm!
They are so cute together! Although, I think Ella believes Madeline is a live doll!
The second Santa of the day did not get such a warm reception.
Josh's work held a party for children last week. With the exception of a balloon-making clown, it was really cute, lots of characters walking around and Santa was there! It was Madeline's first interaction with him, and it went pretty well!
She was kind of in awe/confused!
She got a ladybug balloon from the clown.
Face painting!
"Cheese"
In the elf house with dad!
There is a sandwich named after Josh, called "The Josh." This pic is huge and is only one of two photos on the whole. Nik was so proud.
I am a little behind with updating lately, it's been a bit crazy here. Here are a few snaps from Thanksgiving with the fam in the Hamptons - always a good time
On the beach with Uncle Clem.
Madeline thinks she's smiling in this picture!
Impossible to get one of the four of them looking into the camera!
We had a three-family sleepover which enabled the kids to play together for a while, and then the adults to have some fun after they went to bed! It was really fun, except for waking up on Sunday!
This week, Madeline, Nik, Auntie Summer and Elliot went to Kid City, a really cute Children's Museum. Here are a few snaps from the day. Despite my best efforts, I have no pictures of them both looking at the camera and smiling. Oh well!
I edited some video of Madeline singing the ABC song over and over again! She loves to sing, especially while sifting through the toy letters that Auntie Summer gave her!
The play group Madeline and I go to had a petting zoo come to it last week. Madeline enjoyed petting the animals. Nik wasn't too thrilled about cleaning the massive turd (goat? cow? hard to tell) off one of Madeline's shoes, but such is life...
The Finke family came to visit last weekend from State College, PA and it was a busy and fun-filled weekend.
Erinn and Maddy sharing a cute moment on the rug.
Two VERY unimpressed toddlers at the wine and beer tasting we went to on Saturday. It didn't help that it was really cold and windy. It was an adventure, nonetheless.
They may not be happy about this picture when they're 16, but it's so cute!
